Our Infrastructure


  • Class 1,00,000 (ISO 8) clean room.
  • Air handling units with terminal HEPA filters to provide optimum environment.
  • HVAC system to control the temperature and humidity in the production and inspection area.
  • Walls and floors of the production, inspection and packaging areas are epoxy-coated and wall-to-floor joints are epoxy-covered, to maintain dust free atmosphere.
  • Different air zones are provided with interlocking door systems for positive air locks.
  • Well ventilated storage areas for raw materials and finished goods.


Moulding Area

  • The entire moulding and packaging area is ISO 8 (Class 1,00,000) to eliminate the possibility of foreign particles in the finished product.
  • The plan has an installed capacity of 100 TR of AHU's with HEPA filters of 0.3 micron to ensure that all the production areas have a comfortable working environment which also complies with clean room requirements.
  • We have IBM (Injetion Blow Moulding), EBM (Extrusion Blow Moulding), IM (Injection Moulding) and ISBM (Injection Strectch Blow Moulding)
  • Apart from the above we have aluminium ROPP cap manufacturing machine (Recon make), automatic flip top closing machine, automatic ring and wad assembly machine and semi automatic corrugated box manufacturing facilities at our facility at Bhiwandi.


Dispensing Zone

  • A state of the art facility with fully automatic centralized material conveying system has been installed to ensure that the raw material is taken to the machines directly without any interruption or human intervention.
  • This system also has an online dust removal system which ensures that even the raw material, in dust form (Very small practice size) does not enter the machines to avoid material degration during the plasticizing stage. The raw material dispensing area is ISO 8 (Class 1,00,000) to ensure that no foreign parties enter the material silo.


Inspection System

The plan also has an advanced visual inspection system (Incorporating a multitude of very high resolution and high speed cameras) which would check individual bottles for defects such as;

  • Finished gauging for critical dimensions
  • Surface irregularities
  • Seal surface width
  • Inner/Outer diameter of the seal surface
  • Ovality of the neck
  • Choked neck
  • Presence of flash
  • Folds on the body surface
  • Presence of foreign particles
  • Opaque spots
  • OOS dimensional changes
  • Seal surface integrity and planarity
